Return and Refund Policy
CFP Fabrication specializes in custom-built, made-to-order performance and fabrication products. Due to the high level of customization, labor, material investment, and safety-critical nature of our parts, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Custom Orders (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable)
All custom fabrication work—including chassis components, exhaust systems, suspension parts, brackets, tuning services, and any made-to-order product—is not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once work has begun.
- This includes any part built to customer specifications.
- Labor charges and tuning services are also non-refundable.
Standard Products & Merchandise
Non-custom items such as apparel, stickers, and branded merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a defective or incorrect standard product, CFP Fabrication must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or inspection.
- CFP will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
- Custom items are excluded unless the defect is clearly the fault of CFP Fabrication.
Shipping Damage
Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported immediately and filed through the shipping carrier. CFP Fabrication will assist with documentation but is not responsible for carrier-caused damage.
Warranty
CFP Fabrication does not offer performance guarantees, fitment guarantees, or lifetime warranties. Custom fabrication inherently carries risk, and all products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with full documentation of customer approval, build photos, and communication records.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate measurements and specifications.
- Ensuring compatibility with their vehicle.
- Proper installation and maintenance.
